範酉慶博士目前在澳大利亞西悉尼大學商意昂2任助理教授。範博士在澳大利亞莫納什大學獲得博士學位。近五年來獲得多項研究項目資助, 在Social Science and Medicine, China Economic Review, American Journal of Human Biology等國際知名期刊發表多篇🧜🏿。目前他和他的研究合作者們在多個領域的研究項目中合作,這些領域包括企業社會責任實踐與治理🕘,外資企業的生產率效應🌊,企業建言模式及效果等。
演講內容簡介:
We use data collected from multiple Chinese firms to test a full model where Industrial Relations Climate (IRC) and Organizational Identity (OI) mediate the impact from SR-HRM on OC. We also test the more simplified models where IRC mediates the effect on SR-HRM on OC, and where OI mediates the effect of SR-HRM on OC. These models have a good fit, with all the relationships in the model being significant. As we hypothesized, however, we find that the full model has higher explanatory power than the separate models. These results therefore generally suggest that CSR can positively affect OC of employees, and IRC and OI have both been identified as viable mediating mechanisms. We further argue that CSR has also enhanced impact on the IRC in a firm and this consequently affects OC positively.
