由法國領事館科學技術處（上海部門）於2009年開創的法國科研創新人才工程, 目的在於提升法國的吸引力。項目🧑🏿‍🔧，通過找尋並邀請那些尚未被法國科研界所熟知的中國科技人才赴法

現在開始每一年，這一計劃的合作方將甄選出10位具有強大潛力的優勝者🧀，他們每個人根據專業和要求將得到在法國為期一周的行程資助。此項與法國的公共💇‍♀️、私人部門的初步合作接觸將進一步促進中法科技合作的多樣化

The program will seek S&T talent willing to build strong relationships with French research institutions. This program will provide the opportunity for chosen laureates to network with stakeholders in research and innovation during a "tailor-made" tour of institutions in France. This program will also provide information about grants and financing opportunities from public and private institutions in France and in China. For each laureate, a mentor will be chosen in order to guide him/her through his/her relationship with France.

Each laureate will be supported by a grant that consists of a one-week stay in France with travel and living expenses. Each will get as a mentor a firm or a research organisation, which will help him/her finding contacts. The program will be organised by the Consulate in Shanghai, Office for Science and Technology. If the laureate wants to see any specific lab or university, it will be included in the program.

Calendar

December 17th 2010 : start of the call for proposals

February 18th 2011: end of the call for proposals

February - March 2011: selection process

April 11th 2011: publication of the results

April to December 2011: visit to France. Each fellow will produce a report at the end of his/her visit.
